For Buyers:

• A flat 10% service fee, included in the price and itemized at checkout
• Currency conversion at market rates
• No subscription fees or other charges beyond what's shown at checkout

Pricing Transparency:

• Item price (10% service fee included) = Final price shown at checkout
• No monthly subscription fees

Wallet Operations:

• Deposits: FREE
• Holding balance: FREE
• Purchasing with balance: FREE
• No inactivity fee

Withdrawing wallet balance to a bank account is not currently available, so there are no withdrawal fees. See our Payment Policy.

Flat Service Fee:

* All users receive the same platform features and service quality regardless of trading volume.

Exchange Rates:

• Rates taken from published reference rates (open.er-api.com and the European Central Bank)
• No markup on exchange rates
• Transparent rate display before transaction
• Refreshed at least every 60 days

Supported Currencies:

• Wallet top-ups charged in: USD ($) or EUR (€), the one you pick; with any other display currency, in USD
• Display: AED, TJS, KGS, KZT, TRY, CAD, CLP, ARS, BRL, ZAR, GBP
• Card payments at checkout are charged in USD
