PAYMENT POLICY

Card payments on PoshSkins are processed by an authorised third-party payment service provider that is PCI DSS compliant. PoshSkins does not hold customer funds other than the balance of your PoshSkins Wallet, described in Section 5.

Cards:

• Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards, entered directly or through Apple Pay or Google Pay

Wallet balance:

• Your PoshSkins Wallet balance, topped up by card

• You pay by card or from your wallet balance
• We confirm the payment (card payments may ask for 3-D Secure authentication)
• Our supplier sends the item to the Steam trade URL on your account - delivery can take up to 8 days
• You accept the Steam trade offer when it arrives

Processing times:

• Card payments and wallet top-ups: instant once authorised

Item prices are listed in US dollars (USD). You can choose to display prices in EUR, AED, TJS, KGS, KZT, TRY, CAD, CLP, ARS, BRL, ZAR or GBP, converted at reference exchange rates that we review at least every 60 days.

Wallet top-ups are charged in the currency you choose: in euros when EUR is selected, and in US dollars when USD or any other currency is selected, at exactly the amount shown on the Pay button. Card payments at checkout are charged in US dollars. If your card is in another currency, your bank or card issuer converts it and may charge its own fee.

What the wallet does:

• Top up by card
• Pay for purchases with your balance
• View your transaction history and download invoices

Top-up limits:

• Minimum top-up: $1 in US dollars or €1 in euros
• Maximum per top-up: $20,000 in US dollars or €20,000 in euros

Your wallet balance is kept in US dollars. A top-up paid in euros is credited at its US-dollar value at our reference exchange rate.

Withdrawing wallet balance to a bank account is not currently available. If you want an unused balance returned, contact support@poshskins.com and we will refund it to the card it came from.

• A flat 10% service fee is included in the displayed price
• There are no other fees at checkout - the price you see is the price you pay
• Wallet top-ups are free: you are charged exactly the amount you add

• Sign-in through Steam
• Encrypted (HTTPS) connections throughout the site
• 3-D Secure authentication for card payments

Refunds are handled as set out in our Refund Policy.

Refund timeline:

• To wallet balance: instant
• To a card: back to the card you paid with; your bank decides when it shows

If you have a problem with a payment, please contact support@poshskins.com first - we can usually resolve it faster than a chargeback. We may dispute chargebacks we believe to be fraudulent, and may suspend an account while a chargeback is investigated.

• We do not accept new sign-ups from Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Syria or Cuba (checked by IP country and by email address), and we do not accept cards with a billing address in those countries.
• Some payment methods may not be available in every region

If a payment fails or you are charged incorrectly, contact support@poshskins.com with the transaction details and we will investigate and correct it.

We may update this Payment Policy to reflect changes in payment methods, regulations or procedures. We will show the date of the latest update at the top of this page and notify you of material changes on the website.
