LISTING POLICY

How Items Are Listed in the PoshSkins Store

1. OVERVIEW

PoshSkins is a direct resale storefront, not a peer-to-peer marketplace. Every CS2 item listed on the Site is sourced by PoshSkins and sold by PoshSkins directly to you. Users do not list, price or sell their own Steam inventory to other Users through the Site. This policy explains how items come to be listed and what a listing tells you. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions, and if the two ever differ, the Terms and Conditions prevail.

2. WHERE LISTED ITEMS COME FROM

  • Items are sourced through third-party skin-supply partners and their inventory APIs
  • PoshSkins is the seller of record on every order and is responsible for the item description, fulfilment and Buyer Protection (Terms, Sections 5 and 11)
  • An item can sell out or be withdrawn by the supplying partner at any time before you confirm payment

3. WHAT WE DO NOT LIST

We do not knowingly list:

  • Counterfeit, duplicated, exploited, fraudulent or stolen items
  • Items that are not CS2 items
  • Steam Wallet funds, gift cards or account credentials

If we find that a listed item falls into one of these categories, we remove it.

4. PRICES

  • The listed price already includes a flat 10% service fee
  • Nothing is added to that price at checkout
  • Prices are listed and charged in US dollars (USD); other currencies in the currency selector are a display guide only
  • Prices can change while an item is listed. The price stated in your order is the price you pay
  • The full total is itemized and shown before you confirm payment. See our Payment Policy and Fees page

5. ITEM DESCRIPTIONS AND IMAGES

  • Item names, images and attributes come from Steam and from our supply partners' data
  • We make reasonable efforts to describe each item accurately, but some attributes are supplied by third parties and are not guaranteed to be error-free (Terms, Section 7.1)
  • The delivery estimate on an item page is an estimate, not a guarantee

6. DELIVERY

  • Items are delivered by Steam trade offer to the trade URL you provide
  • Delivery can take up to 8 days from a confirmed order, because of Valve's Steam Trade Protection
  • If we cannot fulfil a confirmed order, we source the item from another seller or refund you in full

7. SELLING TO POSHSKINS

The Site has no way for Users to list or sell items. It is prohibited to attempt to sell, trade or transfer counterfeit, duplicated, fraudulent or stolen CS2 items to PoshSkins or through the Site in any manner (Terms, Section 5.3).

8. REPORTING A PROBLEM WITH A LISTING

If a listing looks wrong, or an item you received does not match its listing, email support@poshskins.com with the item name and, if you bought it, your order ID. Claims about items you bought are handled under Buyer Protection (Terms, Section 11) and our Refund Policy.

9. UPDATES TO POLICY

We may update this Listing Policy to reflect changes in how the store operates or in legal requirements. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
